I requested details for an orangery and Steve from prestige sales, came round with some ideas, and built a computer design for us to look at. My wife and I were impressed and pleased there was no gimmicks or hard sell tactics. The surveyor, Simon came round and after checking soil and drainage details, advised us that John and Craig Hurley would come round later and check details to lay a base and retaining wall, and lay in drainage.
This was done expertly, without any problems and on schedule. When base had settled , The installers, Mick and Shane came with the frames and pillars and proceeded to check measurements. It was quite obvious these chaps were good. This was not an ordinary conservatory, it was an orangery and precision was essential.
I watched these chaps working and was impressed by their team work. Happy and polite, despite working in some appalling weather, they cracked on and when finished it was superb! The attention to detail was unbelievable! I would have taken a few shortcuts, but these guys pride themselves on a job well done. The end result is so much better than I expected.
