I am running my system by disabling the AMD driver. Problem still exists. Still no luck. The only updated drivers I could see on Dell and AMD are for later versions of this card and not for This is pretty disappointing : I have tried the same above and nothing.
For now I'm using it with Intel HD Graphics to at least have a nice screen resolution to work with, but I can't play most games with more than 1 fps. Still nothing. If I take it to a technical support without warranty , could they fix it? I have checked the ATI site and they only do drivers up to windows 8 and not Do you know if these drivers will work? You can use an older driver if you install it in compatibility mode. Frankly simply installing a fresh copy of any driver might fix the problem.
