But the city of Vista does many of its specialty events and parades year round. There are horse ranches and hiking areas nearby. Zero crime, great breezes, close to ALL services and fwy access. Units are well equipped and the local community is very welcoming. The neighbors are really nice.

Vista's schools are ranked as high as Poways without the constant newspaper drama , the beach is just 5 miles away, the 78 Fwy is a quick connection east and west to access points north Temecula 20 minutes or south Del Mar 20 minutes quickly via the 5 or 15 fwys, and people are friendly!
